Waste not, want not

Waste not, want not? What do we understand about the statement given above? How do we interpret it? Well, it depends on the eyes of mind that see it. For me, it's a crime and all of us are actively involved in this crime in our daily routines, either consciously or unconsciously. I got to admit that, I am prime criminal of this subject as I waste a lot in terms of food, money, time and more. Yet, I'm at least convinced that I'm aware of what I'm doing. Sadly many of you out there are clueless as it doesn't seem to be that severe. Wasting is becoming a habit-cum-second nature in most of us. This can be prevented if we spend a few seconds thinking how the things that's useless for us may be important or useful for others. After all, any act of kindness wouldn't harm or cost anything. Think for a minute before wasting your food if it could be given to someone else or at least a stray dog which is dying in hunger. Why wouldn't you pack a few bags of ...

"Anger is the cause of all misery, one should know how to control it, otherwise, life will become miserable". - Padmavibushan Superstar Rajnikanth - Padaiyappa

How do you express anger? some show it by yelling, some by talking back; by hurting people, some by taking revenge. some by listening to music, some by reading books.... some by working with art; and colours, some by cooking, some by throwing; and breaking things up, some by taking a decision, some by giving punishments, some by being rebellious, some by keeping quiet, some by burning calories.... and I? by practicing laughter therapy.. Laughter therapy is considered one of the best ways to express and release anger because it transforms destructive energy into positive emotional release, reduces stress hormones, and helps you gain perspective on the situation. Instead of escalating conflict, laughter diffuses tension and promotes resilience. 🌟 Why Laughter Therapy Works for Anger 1.Physiological Benefits Reduces stress hormones: Laughter lowers cortisol and adrenaline, which are elevated during anger. BEAUTY

Image
How has beauty being measured? Beauty comes in many forms and could be measured from many perspectives depending on the eyes which see it. As in for me, beauty does not only comes from a pleasant looking personality or pretty face but also a kind and generous heart, polite attitude and behaviour. There is seriously no point of looking after your outer or physical beauty blindly without being bothered to take care and develop the inner beauty because that matters more. The more pure and beautiful you are from inside, the more beautifil you will look. That is what I strongly believe in. It's like what's inside your heart is being portrayed through your outer beauty. But of course this is not the matter all the time, sometimes people who are gorgeous(physically) may have a rotten heart or attitude just too nasty, rude and sarcastic. It's the nature, background, family and society that the particular person lived in. Hence, that's why things differ. But it could be changed...

Happiest Memory

Image
The title might sound pretty much like a cliche but it is true. Is there any soul on earth living without a sweet or the most happiest memory in their hearts? Maybe it doesn't make sense for some of us, yet, it is vital for us to understand that everyone comes from different background, lifestyle, experience, perspectives, needs, ambitions and hopes. Whilst, needs and wants may differ with indivuduals' mindset and mentality.Coming to the point, I had ups and downs and several happy memories as well but when it comes to my happiest memory ever in my whole life, it was exactly when I first touched my newly born little loveable nephew who I named, Tashwakh Maurya. I was overwhelmed with happiness to have him in my life. I still remember how I felt when I first touched his smooth cheeks and tiny rosy feet which stimulated me to develop a special bond and motherly feeling towards him. I was deign to let go anything in order to be with my precious one and had exiguos time for myself....
